  Securely pack the unopened organic goods in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned harvest, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
